Terms of use and ordering

These terms apply to the use of this website and to the quote requests, test drives and orders made through it.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Zentra shpk (trading as Dua Electric Car), Autostrada Tiranë–Durrës, Km 6, Kashar, Tirana, Albania. Tel. +355 69 299 5370, e‑mail info@duacar.al.

2. Information on the website

  • Technical specifications (range, power, battery, charging time) are manufacturer data under the CLTC cycle or published by official sources; real‑world values vary with road conditions, temperature and driving style.
  • Photos are for illustration; the version, colour and equipment of the delivered vehicle may differ. Some photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under the licence shown on each model page.
  • Prices, where shown, are indicative and may change without notice until a contract is signed. They exclude registration and insurance costs unless stated otherwise.
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the absence of errors; please confirm every detail before purchasing.

3. Requests through the website

Sending a quote, test‑drive or information request is not an order and creates no obligation for either party. We will contact you within 1–2 working days. Requests sent via WhatsApp are handled in the same way.

4. Ordering and delivery

  • Orders are placed only by written contract, which specifies the model, version, colour, price, payment terms and delivery date.
  • For models not in stock the indicative delivery time is up to 3.5 months from order confirmation; delays caused by the manufacturer, shipping or customs do not constitute a breach of contract, but we will inform you immediately.
  • Vehicles are delivered new (0 km except transport and inspection mileage), with complete import and customs documentation.

5. Warranty and service

Vehicles are covered by a 3‑year or 100,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) under the terms of the contract and the manufacturer’s manual. The warranty does not cover wear parts, accident damage, improper use or unauthorised modifications. Service and spare parts are provided at our site in Kashar.

6. Intellectual property

The Dua Electric Car logo, texts and layout of this site belong to Zentra shpk. Vehicle brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products.

7. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the site. Links to third‑party sites (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks) are governed by those sites’ terms.

8. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute not settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana. We may change these terms; the current version is published on this page.
